Mold accessories
We all understand that the shortest piece of wood determines the capacity of the bucket, but we often don't notice it when doing it. The mold is the same. Although the standard parts of mold accessories do not directly participate in the molding, they control the operation of the whole mold. The standard parts with excellent quality should have the characteristics of wear resistance, hardness, high precision and not suitable for deformation.
Polished or textured
Mold polishing is the last link of mold manufacturing. Polishing is directly reflected on the plastic parts, so this is the most face-saving work. Polishing can also help and supplement the mold action, especially for demoulding. Often some mold production is not smooth because the polishing is not in place, the resistance is too large, demoulding is difficult, and even top white, top crack and so on.
Die assembly
Mold assembly is like assembling a machine. Every part and screw can't make mistakes, otherwise the consequences will be quite serious. At least, it will lead to product defects and affect production, or it will completely damage the mold and cause scrapping. Therefore, the assembly work must be very detailed. During the assembly process, pay special attention to the cleaning of the mold, especially the waterways and screw holes. Be sure to blow away the iron filings inside, otherwise the customer will be very angry.
Pure plastic mold steel is set according to the purpose, grade and order requirements before refining. Regardless of subsequent series processing and human factors, the theoretical service life of general plastic mold steel is 250000 ~ 800000 times, medium plastic mold steel is 800000 ~ 1 million times, and good brand plastic mold steel and patented steel will exceed 150 mold times or even higher.
