Injection mold is a tool for producing plastic products. It is also a tool to give plastic products complete structure and precise dimensions. Injection molding is a processing method for mass production of some complex parts. In the injection mold, the bending deformation of the injection mold often occurs, and many people don't know what it is. Next, I would like to share with you the reasons for the bending deformation of injection mold.

1、 Reasons for mold deformation of injection products:

1. The cooling effect of the mold water channel is uneven, resulting in uneven temperature at each position of the mold, inconsistent product shrinkage and deformation.

2. The mold demoulding system falls off, the action is not smooth, unbalanced, and the products are deformed by jacking, pulling and pulling.

3. The raised mold core needs to be transported to the top and cooled in place. Avoid deformation caused by local mold temperature overheating.

4. The bone position of the product or the row position of the mold is too rough, sticking to the mold and topping, tensile deformation.

5. Tensile deformation caused by sticking the front mold or pulling the core and sticking the mold.

6. The water inflow of the die is too small, the material flow stress is large, and the stress is deformed.

7. The thickness difference of the product glue position is too large, resulting in the difference of shrinkage and tensile deformation.

2、 Reasons for deformation of injection molding products

1. The mold temperature is unbalanced. There are 5 points in the front mold and 5 points in the rear mold (four corners plus the middle). The temperature is also hot while cold, and the shrinkage is inconsistent, resulting in deformation.

2. The pressure holding is too large, the shot is too full, and the product bends and deforms backward.

3. The pressure holding is too small, the filling is not dense, and the product shrinks and bends forward.

4. The cycle time is too short, the product is not cooled and shaped, and it is deformed.

5. The ejection speed is too fast, which deforms the top of the product.

6. The adjustment parameter setting is unreasonable, and the product is pulled and deformed due to die sticking.

7. The setting of forming conditions is unqualified, and the product is stressed and deformed.

8. Deformation caused by improper setting of setting fixture.

9. Improper packaging and extrusion deformation.

3、 Design reasons for deformation of injection molded products

1. There is too much difference between the thickness of the glue position and the thin section of the product, which is not well connected, and the deformation caused by inconsistent shrinkage.

2. The stiffener of the product is not designed correctly, and the plastic shrinkage causes the product deformation. This phenomenon is very obvious in PP and PE frame products.

Improper filling, shrinkage and deformation of the product.

4. The design of water inlet form is incorrect, the material flow of the product is not smooth, and the stress is deformed.

5. Improper product structure design, shrinkage and deformation.

6. The parting line of the front and rear mold of the product is not designed well, and the product shrinks and deforms.

7. The plastic shrinkage value of the product is improper and excessively deformed.

4、 Reasons for deformation of injection molding products

1. The ejection of the ejector rod is unbalanced, resulting in the deformation of the product.

2. Unbalanced die opening, resulting in tensile deformation of the product.

5、 Material reasons for deformation of injection molded products

1. The material has large shrinkage and shrinkage deformation. It can be modified on the material to reduce the shrinkage.

2. The molecular chain orientation in the flow direction and perpendicular to the flow direction is different, resulting in different shrinkage and deformation.
